Our shops are all open, with Clare Streetm Dublin city centre, reopening on Monday 17th May.

  • Many items such as gareden furniture etc need to be purchased online rather than in-store.
  • Orders are received and processed as promptly as possible. Please allow up to one week for delivery. During very busy periods this can be longer than one week.
  • If you do not receive your delivery within one week, please contact us using this form.
  • Place your order through the website. There is no need to register: simply 'add to cart' and go through the checkout.
  • When placing an order, you can put a query in the 'comments' section of the checkout, eg if you wish to add something that you don't see available online, or add a message if the order is a gift.
  • We're sorry, once you have placed an order, it is not possible to amend it unless you have left a note in the comments section (in which case we will contact you when preparing your order.)
  • If you are not entirely happy with your order, or damage has taken place during delivery, please contact us within 2 days so that we can rectify the situation. Items will be refunded or replaced. Non-plant items can be returned (at customer's expense) along with receipt / order number, and a full refund will be made if the condition is the same as when purchased.
